Frazier Dyson-Hill With over 18 years of experience in the hair industry in Nashville, I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside this vibrant community. My journey began as an apprentice to a professional Aveda color educator, who became like a big sister and mentor, laying a strong foundation for my color craft. I quickly advanced to head senior colorist at a leading salon in Downtown Franklin, where I learned the business side of the industry under the guidance of my OG Cuban Hair Father, Uli. This was followed by a five-year residency at Craft Hair Co., a high-end salon on Music Row. Today, I’m proud to own and operate my own business, creating a welcoming, healthy, and inclusive environment for every client who sits in my chair. I specialize in meeting clients exactly where they are—whether you’re looking for a lived-in blonde, a subtle refresh, or a complete transformation. Bringing your hair dreams to life is the most rewarding part of my work. I’ve always believed, “It’s not about how you enter the salon, it’s how you leave.” My extensive color experience has allowed me to develop advanced blonding techniques and custom color applications, resulting in vibrant, long-lasting hues with seamless, gentle grow-outs. In addition to color, my cutting expertise ranges from precision barbering and chic pixie cuts to long, soft layers that naturally frame and highlight your best features. I’ve dedicated my entire career to refining my craft, with the goal of giving you hair that not only looks beautiful and healthy but also leaves you feeling confident, empowered, and uniquely yourself.
